why is my baby's head measuring 2 weeks behind

I had a growth scan last week at 34w and my baby is 22%, which is odd since I'm 5'8", her head was 35w (lol not surprised since my hubby has a massive noggen lol) but her little abdomen is only 5%, 32w so I am being monitored now.
